Great, central location, close to waterfront and eateries. Pretty safe garden and table outside. Compact kitchen with everything you need. Good, helpful communication with owner re bike storage.
Dusty, smell in bathroom upstairs, thread bare bath mats and towels, could do with a refresh. Stairs are very steep for young children, even if gate at top. Kitchen could do with a simple wine opener. Tv remote upstairs needed a battery and bedside lamps needed new bulbs.
